About Us

We are proud professional accountants, tax practitioners, business coaches, and mentors and are registered with the South African Institute for Professional Accountants (SAIPA), South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT), South African Revenue Services (SARS), and Neuroleadership Institute.

 

We are also an authorised training centre with SAIPA and provide articles to trainee accountants with Bcom Accounting Degrees or equivalent qualifications. We strive to ensure that all the clerks dealing with clients have the necessary qualifications and expertise to provide the best service to you.

Services

Bookkeeping Services

Your dedicated account manager will perform the bookkeeping monthly on our premises.

 

They will provide monthly management reports consisting of an income statement,
Balance sheet, cash flow statement, budget variance report, and industry-related comparisons.

 

All VAT submissions, reviews, queries and audits will be dealt with efficiently and effectively.

 

Payroll

Services

We provide payroll services on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.


The payroll services include the submission of EMP201 to SARS monthly and a payroll report which is sent to management for your records, biannual submission of PAYE reconciliation to SARS and the annual submission of PAYE reconciliation and issuing of IRP5 certificates.

 

We will submit your return of earnings to the department of labour for workman’s compensation.

 

Financial, Tax and Staturory Services 

As per the Companies Act, we compile annual financial statements using the prescribed framework, namely GAAP and IFRS for Close Corporations and Companies.


Provisional Tax for both the Director and the Company will be prepared and submitted after careful tax planning and structuring annual Income Tax returns are submitted to SARS.
 

As our client’s compliance with all authorities is of the utmost importance to us, we ensure that we receive a tax clearance certificate from SARS on an annual basis.
